Good day sir.
My question is on Rent Control and Recovery of Residential Premises Law. Tenancy agreement between parties. I rented an apartment here in Benin, but the tendency agreement state that month notice is required for recovery of residential premises. I never knew about the agreement before I paid for this said residential premises. But what should I do since I don’t want to sign the agreement.?
